Själv är jag en 52-årig ur-stockholmare. Köpte väl första bluesplattan (John Lee Hooker) nångång 1966. Och på den vägen är det.
Lirar tyvärr inte själv. Även om jag går och sneglar på sonens elgitarr... Han har fått ett bud på den. Men....drömmen om ett blues-garage-band förblir nog mest en dröm.

Välkommen till "Jeff´s" forum,det är alltid roligt med nya members, du kanske vet fler som vill vara med och bidra med lite blueserfarenheter och så blir det kanske lite mer drag här, det har varit ganska lugnt o tyst här sedan jag hittade hit, och du, 1 bud på gitarren är sämre än 2

Tack. Jag ryckte faktiskt i en annan presumtiv medlem idag, vi får se om han dyker upp. En man med djupa kunskaper inom bluesen.

My blues"life" began late 60's when I bought my first LPs
Mayall's So Many Roads, Musselwhite's Stone Blues & 2 first Fleetwood
Mac and that's why I'm a BIG Peter "blues" Green fan!
Certainly Mayall blues has been changed fast towards the real one:
in my case Chicago Blues in fifties -> BIG 4 Wees; Waters, Walter(s),
Williamson, Wolf!!! plus Guy, Kings, Sam...
But last twenty years a LATE GREAT HOLLYWOOD FATS is my MAN!

I'm very, VERY keen on blues-H A R P and lucky we have here in Finland
some good harp-players as You have too - many!!! So many thanks for
your nice blues players/bands, Zetterberg, Eldin, Harmonica Henry,
Blue Weather, Blues Town Down etc. one I must mention particularly
Anders Lewen!

Nice we have those boats Silja, Viking, it's easy to visit there and
maybe at the same time listen some GOOD blues and/or search/buy CDs!

You have there (or here) a nice, almost the oldest bluesmagazine,
I hope You can keep on that good work! Say a BluesNews reader?!
